Kneen, Scott D., P.E. Age 76, of Ramsey, MN, passed peacefully Sept. 19, 2014. Preceded in death by parents, Lloyd & Frances; sister, Kay (Pete) Leigh; sister-in-law, Linda; grandchildren, Alissa and Cordell. Survived by children, Roxanne (John) Tersteeg, Matt, Piper (Bob) Wick, Mandy (Tye) Jensen and Scott; grandchildren, Spencer, Chris, Chaz, Eric, Andrea, Gage, Abby, Deacon, Madeline, Blaine, Hunter, Desi and Kirin, & his dogs, Precious and Bunny. Scott was very proud of his service in the US Marine Corps and was very thankful for the VA and the caregivers in the Spinal Cord Unit for all their support. Private family interment, Ft.
