Collins, Carolyn Voreck Born March 13, 1927 in Charles City, Iowa and died September 17, 2014 at 11:32 am holding the hand of her husband of over sixty years. The daughter of a dentist with a million dollar smile, she raised three accomplished children, lived a full life and traveled the world but loved nothing better than being at home with family. She was an avid tennis player, pianist and stylish dresser. Her love and compassion was felt by all and will be carried on by her family. She was a 50+ year member of Plymouth Congregational Church. She is survived by husband, Leslie W. Collins; children: Janet (Chris Hannaford, husband), Nancy (Rick Johnson, husband), & John Collins; grandchildren: Jennifer Hannaford Skinner, Katheryn Hannaford, Andrew Hannaford, Oliver Johnson, Claire Johnson, Ayo Collins, & Jonas Collins. Preceded in death by parents, Wallace & Clara Voreck and brother, Wallace Voreck Jr. Celebration of life will be held in December when family can all gather. Details will be announced.
