Hazelton, Allen M., Sr. age 57, of Blaine, passed away Sept. 9. Preceded in death by parents, Lee & Jeanette and brother, Steve Hazelton. Survived by children, Allen (Amanda) Hazelton, Ryan Plante, Jason (Samantha) Plante, Joseph Hazelton, Kathryn Hazelton; 2 grandsons, 1 on-the-way; nieces, aunts, family & friends. Per Allen's request, no service will be held. Luncheon at the family home in Ham Lake on Mon., Sept. 22 at 12:30 PM. Interment following at Hillside Cemetery, 2610 19th Ave NE, Mpls.
