Survived by brothers, Howard (Pearl) Hayhurst of Lake Oswego, OR and Warren (Evelyn) Hayhurst of Crystal; nephews, Doug Hayhurst & Russell Hayhurst; nieces, Christine White, Laurie White, and Marcia Skog; 8 grand nieces and nephews; 1 great grand nephew.
