Survived by wife Lisa Marshall; children, Mona, Rich, John, James, Beth (Anders) Holine; grandchildren, Jacob, Jeremy; sisters, Mary Alice (J. Kevin) Murphy, Elizabeth (Bertram) Keys, Martha Evans; many great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
