Elsie Mae Jensen

Jensen Elsie Mae, age 78, of Brownton, MN, died on Sunday, March 23, 2003. The morning was sunny and six deer had just walked by the window in front of Elsie's bed. She died at a family home and her family had been with her in the preceding days. The little smile persisted even when speech was no longer possible. She never seemed to want much for herself but took great pride and reward from the successes of her family and especially her music students. Elsie Mae loved her family, her church and her music students. Students and choir members she loved you and you kept her young. To honor Elsie Mae, the family will form a memorial trust to be used to promote music and music education in Brownton and Cosmos whose youth have provided her with such happiness. Gifts will be placed in this trust and may be sent to Elsie Mae, 30045 136th St., Princeton, MN 55371. Informal visitation and fellowship Friday, March 28 from 6-8 PM and Funeral service at 11 AM Saturday, March 29, 2003, both to be held at Grace Lutheran Church, Brownton, MN.
