Savstrom Lorene E., age 76, of Columbia Heights. Passed away on March 25, 2003. Active member and past president of Columbia Heights VFW Post 230. Retired employee of Honeywell. Longtime member of First Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by husband, Philip E. Savstrom. Survived by children, Linda (Herman) Tatley, Elaine (Theo) Stulc, Marsha (Pepper) White, Curt (Nancy), Russ (Jackie) Savstrom; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sisters, LaVada Frieborg, Oma (Glen) Meyer; special friend, Chuck Jansen; many other relatives, close neighbors and friends. Visitation Sun., 2-5 PM. Funeral service Mon., 10 AM, all at Methven-Taylor Miller-Heights Chapel, 831 40th Ave NE, Columbia Heights with one hour visitation before service.
