Boerner, John M. "Jack" Age 83 of Inver Grove Heights. Passed away peacefully Aug, 26, 2014. Korean War Vet, Army National Guard and a Police Officer, retired working for the State of Minnesota. Survived by best friend & wife of 61 years, Dorothy Fox; children, Steve (Sarah), Cheryl Rowe, Todd (Suzanne), Marcy (Chris) Hites; grandsons, Chase, Spencer, Collin, Garrett; brother, Melvin; sister, Bonnie Richter; & many other loving relatives & friends. Memorial Service - Sat. Sept. 6, 2014, 11:00 am (Vigil one hour before), at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 789 - 17th Ave N, South St. Paul. Private Interment was held at Ft. Snelling National. Memorials preferred to donor's choice.
