Burwell Raymond L., 90, of Mpls, formerly of Grand Forks, ND, died Tues., Mar. 11, 2003 at Ebenezer Luther Hall, Mpls. Raymond is survived by his wife, Maybelle; sons, Thomas (Denise) and Gary (Sandy), both of Mpls and William (Kathy) of Bemidji, MN; grandchildren, Renee Sandvik (Burwell), Moorhead, MN, Jeremy Burwell, Grand Forks, ND and Gretchen Burwell, Mpls; great-grand-children, Emily and Jack Sandvik; a brother, Joe Burwell, Grand Forks, ND. He was preceded in death by son, Michael Burwell; brothers, Alvin, Harry, Dale and Don. Mass of Christian Burial 2 pm Friday, March 14, 2003 in St. Michael's Catholic Church, Grand Forks. Visitation 5-7 pm Thursday, with a 7 pm prayer service and a 4:30 pm rosary in Gregory J. Norman Funeral Chapel - Norman Funeral Home, S. Washington St., Grand Forks, ND.
