Barland Catherine A. (nee Mulvihill), age 90, of Elk River died Friday, March 1. Preceded in death by husband Francis; son Thomas and granddaughter Michelle; also by brothers James & Daniel. Survived by children William (Candace), Alice Swanson, Patricia (Richard) Pearson, and Paul; 11 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 11 A.M. Wednesday at Dare's Funeral Home 805 Main St. Elk River. Visitation 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home on Tuesday and also 1 hour prior to Funeral Service.
