Green Caroline M., age 78, Feb. 28, 2003, of South Mpls., Richfield and Anna Maria Island. Life member and past president of the USS Yorktown Auxiliary #178, member American Legion Auxiliary #435. Preceded in death by parents, Gust and Lena Nelson; brothers, Neuman & George; sister, Helen Greenwood, and nephew, Richard. Survived by loving husband, Russell; sons, Jeff (Pat), Mike (Kathy); daughter, Colleen (Christopher) Hampl; grandchildren, Russell, Suzanne, Sarah, Alison; sister-in-law, Lillymae Nelson; nieces and nephews; loving family including those in Norway and many long time friends. Caroline fought a hard battle to recover from surgery Dec. 10, 2002 but was unable to overcome complications. Memorial service Friday 1 PM, Henry W. Anderson Mortuary, 3640 23rd Ave S.
