Husband of the late Minnie Gass for 63 years; survived by his daughters, Edith J. (Sheldon) Rein of Kentucky, Rhea M. Berman of New York, and Leah E. Emdy of Berkeley; 5 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Services were held in California. Donations may be made to Cong.
