Doris Lucille Cermak

Cermak, Doris Lucille age 90 1/2 of Bloomington, passed away Aug. 8, 2014. Preceded in death by husband, Arthur and daughter, Dianne Richgruber. She is deeply missed by children, Bonnie Mathwig, Sue (Mike) Winship, Steve (Carol) Cermak, and Lisa (Tom) Hart; 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. She was raised in South Dakota and during WWII Art enlisted in the Army and she followed him to California where they married. They moved to MN in 1956 and raised their 5 children. Long time employee of Ben Franklin (98th and Lyndale), B Dalton, and was a volunteer at Creekside Center and was named Bloomington Volunteer of the Year. Doris was loved by all and enjoyed being with (and taking pictures of) her family and friends. Funeral service Tuesday, August 12, 11 AM at Hillcrest United Methodist Church, 9100 Russell Ave S, Bloomington. Visitation 1 hour prior to service at the church.
