Delaine Blomberg

Blomberg Delaine S. "Del" Blomberg, age 66, of Princeton, went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2003. Survived by mother, Hulda Lahti; sisters, Donna Perala, DeeDee Windels, and Diane Nelson; children, RaeAnn Schierholt, Richard, Michael, Jerry, Shari Durant, Kyle, Debbey Buher, Shellee Schake, Charles, and their spouses. Also survived by 27 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her father, Aldrich; husband, Melvin; sister, Dixie Maunumaki, and Randy. Funeral service 10 AM Friday at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St., Elk River, 763-441-1212. Visitation 4-8 PM Thursday at Dare's Funeral Home. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Elk River VFW.
