Vivian Winsor Ragland

Ragland Vivian Winsor Ragland, age 92, of Elk River, went to be with the Lord on February 24, 2003. Survived by sister, Esther Brindley and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by husbands, LeRoy "Guy" Toothaker and William Ragland. Funeral service 1 pm Thursday at Elk River United Methodist Church, 1304 Main St., Elk River. Visitation 5-8 pm Wednesday at Dare's Funeral Home, 805 Main St., Elk River, and one hour prior to service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Guardian Angels Care Center or Elk River United Methodist Church.
