Palmer Marguerite "Lou," age 88, of Minnetonka, passed away on February 22, 2003. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 25, 2003 at 11:00 am at Congregational Church of Excelsior, 471 3rd St. Visitation will be Monday, February 24, 2003 at Huber Funeral Home, Excelsior Chapel from 5:00-8:00 pm and continues Tuesday, February 25, one hour before the service at the church.
