Survived by loving wife, Caroline (Carrie); daughter and son-in-law, Carolyn and Bernard Luken; sons and daughter-in-law, Daniel and Colleen Puzak, James Puzak; sisters, Anna Puzak and Mary Berg (Robert); brother, Nicholas Puzak (Virginia); grandchildren, Thomas, Matthew, Joseph and Michael. Member of Mpls. Golf Club, Knights of Columbus Fridley Blessed Virgin Council, life member of D.A.V., life member of American Legion Post #0523 and VFW Fridley Post #363. Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of the Good Shepherd (145 Jersey Ave S., Golden Valley) Tuesday at 11 AM. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation at Kozlak-Radulovich Funeral Chapel, 1918 University Ave NE Monday from 5 to 8 PM, and at the church one hour prior to services. Parish Vigil Monday at 7 PM.
