Earl James Smith

Smith Earl James, of Roseville, age 92, of Feb. 11 in Minneapolis. Mr. Smith was born on July 23, 1909 in Willow Hill, IL. He is the son of Rosa June (Neal) and James William Smith. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his parents and all of his brothers and sisters. He is survived by his son, Warren, of Roseville; four grandchildren, Alexa Smith, Orinda, CA; Dr. Angela O'Connor, Coon Rapids; Brian Smith, Orinda, CA; and James Smith, San Francisco, CA; and by five great-grandchildren. Mr. Smith is a veteran of WWII and served in the U.S. Navy. He was buried at Fort Snelling National Cemetery on Feb. 14. Memorials to the Alzheimer's Foundation and/or the American Heart Assn.
