Skinner Shirley O., age 67, of Miltona, formerly of Mpls, died on Tues., Feb. 12. Survived by husband, Richard; daughter, Marcia (Bill) Bohn of Elko, MN; sons, Reid (Sonya) Skinner of Alexandria, Randy (Margo) Skinner of Parkers Prairie; 10 grandchildren; sisters, Sandra Burns of Alabama and Judy Zimmerman of Coon Rapids, MN; brothers, David Ottoson of Bloomington and James Ottoson of Brooklyn Park, MN; sisters-in-law, Delores Fratzke of Alexandria and ViAnn Fort of Woodbury, MN; and brother-in-law, Dale Skinner of San Diego. Memorial service Friday, Feb. 22, 11 am at the Linden Hills Congregational Church, 4100 Upton Ave S., Mpls.
