Alatheia (Bonstrom) Einen
Einen Alatheia (Bonstrom) Einen, 85, of Scottsdale, AZ and Lamberton, MN, joined her Heavenly Father on February 8. Born in Buffalo and raised in Cokato, she was predeceased by her parents, Mary Alice (Swenson) and Bernard Bonstrom, and brother, Everett (Ebb). She leaves behind her husband of 64 years, Clair; daughter, Gail (John) Merrill and grandsons, Erik and Jonathan. Also surviving are brother, Rayburn (Ruth); nephews, Neil and Paul, and lifelong friends, Don and Eloise Anderson and Ken O'Brien. A dietitian with a degree from the U of M, she first was employed at Children's Hospital (St. Paul) and then St. Barnabas before moving to Lamberton. She later was a consulting dietitian for hospitals in southwestern Minnesota. The family wishes to thank the N.C. Little Hospice and their magnificent staff for more than 8 months of incredible loving care shown to the entire family. A memorial service will be held in the spring to rejoice in her contributions to life. Memorials are preferred to N.C. Little Hospice of Edina or the LaMae Anderson-Einen Music Fund, Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Lamberton, MN.
