Piper Virginia L., age 81, of West St. Paul, on Feb. 5. Preceded in death by husband, Jack. Survived by children, Herbert (Anne), Roger, and Patti (Don Backes); grandchildren, Lindsay, Kelly, Kristin, Wade, and Dana; great-grandson, Soksan; nieces, nephews and cousins. Memorial service Sunday, 4 pm, with gathering of family & friends at 3:30 pm at WEST FUNERAL HOME, 1051 S. Robert at Arion, West St. Paul. Private inurnment at a later date at Acacia Park Cemetery.
