Weisenburger, Robert J. (Bob) Born August 1, 1941, Died July 19, 2014 of heart failure. Bob retired as a mediator for the Bureau of Mediation Services of the State of Minnesota. He also served as the President of Teamsters Local 320 for over 25 years. He was the Supervisor of White Bear Township for 28 years. He also worked for the City of St. Paul and as a business agent with the union M.A.P.E. Bob also served many years on the Missions Inc Board and the Cable Commission. He had many leadership roles at Central Lutheran Church in Minneapolis for over 35 years, including being a past-President. Bob is best known for the strong expression of his Christian faith including the booming "Amen" that those who have worshipped with him have known well. Bob is survived by Bonnie, his wife of 48 years, son John & (Lori) Weisenburger and grandchildren Joshua, Anna and Lydia. Bob is also survived by sisters Annette & (Charles) Jarratt, Janice & (David) Sitch, and Irma Gordon, as well as many nieces, nephews and in-laws. Bob was well loved by many friends and family. Visitation is Friday, July 25 at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center in White Bear Township, 4600 Greenhaven Dr.at Hwy 96 (one mile west of 35E) from 4:00-8:00PM. His funeral service will be on Saturday, July 26 at 11:00AM at Central Lutheran Church in Mpls (333 S. 12th St.) with a visitation preceding the service from 9:30-10:45AM.
