Walden Nadine Miller Walden, died February 8, 2004 at the age of 95 years, 11 months and 3 weeks at Margaret S. Parmly Residence, Chisago City, MN, formerly of Robbinsdale, MN and Pt. Pleasant Heights and Vindauga View Apts., Chisago City. Wife of the late David C. Walden, owner of Walden Furniture, North Mpls., and mother of Dr. Daniel C. Walden (Shirley), Brookeville, MD, and Martha J. Arnold (David), North Branch, MN. Also survived by four grandchildren, Elizabeth Walden Tambor (Luiz), Sao Paulo, Brazil; Katie Walden (Joel Markowitz, fiance), Columbia, MD; Molly Arnold Koecher (Mark), North Branch, MN; and Dr. Timothy (Teresa) Arnold (Riverwood Health Care Center, Aitkin, MN), McGregor, MN; by four great-grandchildren, Alexann Nadine Koecher, Hannah Mary Koecher, John Luiz Tambor and Emma Morgan Arnold; nephew, Reverend Laurence (Pat) Miller, and nieces, Nancy (Bob) York and Mary (Quent) Ott. Nadine was a former member of Olivet Baptist Church, Robbinsdale; Westminster Presbyterian, Mpls.; First United Methodist Church, Lindstrom, MN and Minnesota Chapter AN, PEO, and Minnesota State PEO President, 1965. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the furniture fund of the Margaret S. Parmly Residence-Lutheran Board of Social Ministry or the PEO Program for Continuing Education. Memorial services will be held at the Margaret S. Parmly Chapel, 28210 Old Towne Road, Chisago City, 651-257-0575 on March 6, 2004 at 2:30 PM. Visitation one hour before services. Private interment, Crystal Lake Cemetery, Mpls.
