Medina Dr. Ambrosio Medina, age 72 years, died Feb. 2, 2004 in the Philippines. Dr. Medina practiced internal medicine and cardiology at former Mt. Sinai Hospital and set up the heart unit when Methodist Hospital was built. Dr. Medina retired in 1999 due to ruptured aortic aneurism. He was diagnosed with bone cancer Dec. 2003.
