Giuliani, Georgene Georgene May (Peterman) Giuliani, age 89, gently passed away on Dec. 3 in Ariz, and is now home with the Lord. Born May 12, 1928 in Penn., Georgene was a nurse, jitterbug champion, travel agent, bridge whiz and faithful Catholic. She put a twinkle in the eye of her husband, Dr. Emilio R. Giuliani (Duke) for their 64+ years of marriage. He cared for Georgene at home as her memory faded the last 7 years. They raised six children in Rochester, Minn, and resided in Woodbury, Minn., and Scottsdale, Ariz., after retirement. Predeceased by brother, Al, cousin, Leon, son-in-law Ted Novotne and three California cruising sisters-in-law. Survived by her husband, Duke, children Christine, Mayor Mary Giuliani Stephens (Greg), Michele Novotne, Emilio, Jr. (Carol), George (Mary), and Helen Giuliani. Georgene was the proud grandmother to Shannon, Anthony and Alicia Novotne, Jane Kramer and David Stephens, Emilio III, A.J., Charlie and Nicole Giuliani, Bella and Gabby Anderson and their half-sibs Kelsey, Ryan and Kyle. Great grandmother to Ellie and Shaw Kramer and Roman Novotne-Tan. Friends and extended family will miss her beautiful presence as well. Services have been held.
