Watson, Penelope Ann 80, of Edina, MN, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2017. She was born in Minneapolis on July 13, 1937, to Ruby (Nordeen) Lundeen and Eric Lundeen. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother John Eric Lundeen. Survived by cousins in the Eiffler and Fetzer families, sister-in-law Kathleen Lavelle, nieces Sarah J. Lundeen (George J. Jelatis) and Erin Lavelle, and nephew Michael R. Lundeen (Jessica). In addition, she is survived by grandnephews John and Micah and grandnieces Kyra, Alayna and Lauryn, and many dear friends from her years of teaching, painting and global traveling. Penny was a lifelong learner, especially interested in traveling the world and experiencing other cultures. She was an avid painter of scenes from travels both afar and close to home. When not traveling or painting she enjoyed reading, cooking and gardening. She lived life to the fullest, and boldly explored the world with her adventurous spirit. She will be dearly missed. At her request no services were held.
