Laughton, Robert Dale age 44 of Prior Lake died on October 31, 2017 as a result from a motorcycle accident. He was born on April 7, 1973 in Shakopee to David and Jeannette (Haines) Laughton. Bob was a Crosby-Ironton High School graduate, class of 1991. He married Shannon Solberg on June 16, 2012 in St. Paul. Bob was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was employed as an electronic tech at Honeywell Corp in Minneapolis. Bob is survived by his wife Shannon; one daughter, Lanna Rose Laughton; his father and step-mother, David and Judith Laughton of St. Cloud and his mother, Jeannette McGaughey of Crosby; four brothers, Shawn (Christina) Laughton of Deerwood, Christian (Beckylynn) Beauhler of Brainerd, David Laughton of St. Cloud and Gregory (Shannon) Daniel of St. Cloud; one sister, Darla Strombeck of Spring Lake Park. A memorial service will be held 1:00 pm on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at the Camp Ripley Chapel in Little Falls. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service at the chapel. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred. Arrangements Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
