Rosacker, Pamela "Pam" Of Burnsville, formerly of Bagley, MN. Was born on July 17, 1944 in Winnipeg, Canada to Geoffrey Winslow Hess and Eleanor Low. Upon becoming a war widow, Pam and Eleanor lived in Winnipeg, until Eleanor married Albert Kaiser. Pam then moved and continued growing up in the town of Bagley, Minnesota. Pam lived life to the fullest with vibrancy, zest, and humor to make the most of everyday. Pam sat on the Board of First National Bank in Bagley. She also remained active in ICBA and on the Board of Trustees for Shattuck-St. Mary's School. Pam had a short, but brave battle with cancer, which ended on September 20, 2017. She was surrounded by love as she passed. She is survived by her loving husband of 43 years, Bill, her son Billy (Megan), and daughter Stephanie (David Forbes). She is also survived by her sister Penny Lee, and her nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father Geoffrey Hess, her mother Eleanor Kaiser, her stepfather Albert Kaiser. Services will be held at St. Stephens Episcopal Church (4439 W 50th St) in Edina, Minnesota on Monday, October 9, 2017 at 10 am. Arrangements are being made by O'Halloran & Murphy Funeral Services in St. Paul.
