Walter L. Hayes

Hayes, Walter L. age 66, of Brooklyn Park, went Home to the Lord on August 16th, 2017. United States Navy Veteran. Longtime accountant for Tru-Part Mfg. and Langerman Exteriors, Inc. Former Hennepin County Mediator. Walter was an avid golfer and truly loved his church. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Raylanda J. Hayes; mother, Beverly (Johnson); father in-law, Raymond Rieck. He will be deeply missed by his father, Lloyd C. Hayes; brother, Doug Hayes (Nita); Niece, Melissa Ratcliff Hayes (Christopher); the entire Rieck family; many other relatives and good friends. Visitation 1 hour before service. Celebration of Life 11am Saturday, August 26th at Christ's Community Moravian Church 13250 93rd Ave. N., Maple Grove, MN 55369 (763-420-7187). Private interment. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the church Youth Camp Fund.
