Tim Outzen

Outzen, Tim Tim of Minneapolis passed away July 28, 2016. Survived by husband Jim Blechinger and pets, Layla and Mike. Also survived by father Lloyd, sisters, Rosemary and Betty, brother David, and many nieces, nephews and friends. The memorial celebrating Tim's life will be held on July 30, 2017 in Loring Park from 2 to 4 p.m. We will dedicate Tim's bench and tree which are located near the W 15th St. side of the park. Memorials may be sent to Friends of Loring Park or Gregory's Gift of Hope (no kill animal shelter).
