Whipps Bill, age 84, of Shakopee, died on Jan. 28, 2002. Survived by wife, Edna Whipps of Shakopee; children, Jerry Whipps of Shakopee, Betty (Dorwin) McGowen of Prior Lake, Roger (Lori) Whipps of Jordan, Carol (Tim) Patterson of Savage; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; brothers, sisters, and sister-in-law. Visitation Wed. (TODAY) 4-8 pm at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, Prior Lake, and one hour prior to service at church on Thursday.
