Avis O. Frank, age 89, of Anoka, MN. Preceded in death by husband, William; infant son, Billy; grandson, Brian and great-grandson, Adam. Survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Doug & Lucy, Brad & Nancy, Tom & Pat and David & friend, Rosie; daughters and sons-in-law, Pat & Wayne Wallace, Sharon & Tom Giddings, Diane & Joe Hebert, Bonna & Rick Johnson, Mary & Chuck Camp, Viki & Tom Plant and Debbie Weinhold; 28 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Ida Kuss and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. Funeral service 11 am, Tuesday, at Zion Lutheran Church, 4th & Adams, Anoka, MN. Visitation Monday, 4-8 pm at the Gearhart Anoka Chapel, 552 East River Rd. and 1 hour before service at church. Memorials preferred. Interment Forest Hill Cemetery, Anoka.
