Joyce L. Manthey

Manthey, Joyce L. of Shakopee, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Eleanor and Leslie Peach. Survived by her beloved husband, Jim, beloved son, Erik (Melody), beloved granddaughter, Jillian and unborn grandson due in Sept. Also survived by siblings, Doug (Jan), Diane (Tom), Linda (Gary), Gayle (Chris), Dwight (Amber) and many nieces and nephews. A service celebrating Joyce's life will be held on Sat., May 20th at 2 pm at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 119th W. 8th Ave., Shakopee, MN 55379. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the National Kidney Foundation or Lupus Foundation of Minnesota.
