Borer Nelson, Philip Charles Born March 13, 1986 to Bridget Borer and Travis Nelson in Minneapolis, MN. On April 20, 2017 he completed this life to move onto his next existence and further his eternal mission as a great teacher, mentor, lover, friend. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving Mother, Bridget Borer; Father, Travis Nelson; Daughter, Jadyn Miles of Chicago, IL and Step-daughter Aries Reyes; Sons, Honor Borer Nelson and Jordan Worthy Borer Nelson; Brothers, Jordan Travis Borer Nelson (Nisaa Borer Nelson), Vernial Eubanks (Tierra Eubanks), Bernial Eubanks of Chicago, IL; Sisters, Tiffany Eubanks and Ruthie Eubanks; Fiancé Alishia Taylor; Close friends, Nikesha Miles and Shaton Watts; Grandmother Jane Borer, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends. Preceded in death by his daughter Naziyah Marie Borer Nelson, paternal grandmother Ethel Mae Nelson and maternal grandfather Arthur Borer. Memorial services will be held Friday, April 28, 2017 at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Chapel 2301 Dupont Ave S 55405, Viewing 6-9pm, Open to the Public.
