David Lee '(Dave)' Veranth

Veranth, David Lee (Dave) of Zimmerman, formerly of Ely, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother. He enjoyed sharing time with his family, camping, the outdoors, discussing history and politics and spending time in Ely. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Veranth. He is survived by his mother, Ruth, of Ely; his wife, Janice, of Zimmerman, MN; sons Tony (Deana) and Dan; daughter Yvonne Zemlin, and three grandchildren; and his brothers and sisters Jerry (Sherry) Veranth, Joette, Debbie (Joel) Waldon. Mass service will be held on Tuesday, April 25, at Christ Our Light Church at 25909 4th St. W., Zimmerman, MN at 11 a.m. with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
