Yates, Thomas O. of Wayzata, was born 11/26/1927 in Evansville IN and died 4/19/2017 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park at the age of 89. God rest his soul. He loved is wife, his family, the many trips to Ireland to visit Teresa's Family who loved him dearly, fishing and the trip to White Birch Lodge Sioux Narrows, Ontario, Canada. Preceded in death by his parents and brother Norman Yates. Survived by his loving wife Teresa of 42 years, children, Michael (Susan) Yates, Barbara Yates, and Gwendolyn (Joe) Regan, grandchildren, Patrick (Kelly) Yates, Daniel Yates, Rachel Regan, Connor Regan, Jack Regan, Cameron Yates, great grandchildren, Cecilia Yates, Johnny Yates and many nieces, nephews, family and friends. Tom worked in the Hearing Aid industry all of his life. Maico Hearing Instruments was his favorite Company. He had many good lifelong friends there. Mass of Christian Burial 9:30 AM Friday (4/28) at St. Therese of Deephaven Catholic Parish, 18325 Minnetonka Blvd. Deephaven, with visitation starting at 8:30 AM.
