Karulf, Marietta 94, of Fort Collins, Colorado, died on April 7, 2017. She was born on October 16, 1922 to Roy Othella Hancock and Anna Lorene (Winebarger) Hancock in Onton, KY. Marietta married Gene Karulf on June 9, 1944. During nearly 67 years of marriage, Marietta raised a family and supported Gene as he pursued his career in Aerospace Engineering. Marietta and Gene opened Karulf Hardware in Eden Prairie, MN. in 1976 and provided the community with friendly service for many years. Marietta & Gene moved to The Worthington Fort Collins, CO. She is survived by two sons: Robert (Candyce) Karulf and Richard (Deborah) Karulf, a daughter: Deborah (Jim) Colwill, 8 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren. Marietta was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter. Memorial service Saturday May 6, 2017 at 2:00 pm at The Worthington, Fort Collins, CO.
