Spencer, Scott T. age 57 of Columbia Heights died Thursday April 13, 2017 following a lengthy hospital stay. He is survived by his mother Janice Spencer, sister Marta, brother Thad, sister in law Sheila, and nephews Cole, Tate, and Eden. Scott was an incredibly kind and gracious person who's soft-spoken personality and generous nature was admired by all who knew him. Scott's work in photography was also his passion. He spent the greater part of his life capturing images of people, places, planes, trains, architecture, animals and nature. His artistic eye endeavored to reveal the subtle beauty of familiar landscapes and known objects. We will miss him very much.
