Payne, James E., Jr. Age 86, formerly of White Bear Lake, passed away on 3/20/17 at his home. He is preceded in death by wife, Dorothy; son, James III; parents and 5 sisters. Jim is survived by children, Angie (Mark) Hurd, Cici (Dave) Hughes, John, Mary (Pat) Bogie, Agnes (Geoff) O'Connor, Allen (Julie); 16 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters and was also preceded in death by loving companion, Dolly Robideau. Mass of Christian Burial 11AM Fri. 3/24/17 at St. Johns Church of Little Canada, 380 Little Canada Rd., Little Canada. Visitation 9AM until time of mass. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery.
