Johnson, Rev. Richard W. "Dick" of St. Paul passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 14. Survived by wife, Debra; daughter, Elissa (Ron); brother, Kenny (Donna); and loving family and friends. Preceded in death by parents; son, Jay; brothers, Roy and Bill; and sister, Esther. Celebration of life will be held at Fairmount Avenue United Methodist Church, 1523 Fairmount Avenue, St. Paul, MN on Saturday, April 1 at Noon, visitation at 10:30.
