Katie B. Carroll

Carroll, Katie B. Age 89 of Minneapolis came into the presence of the Lord February 19, 2017. Preceded in death by husband, Jack; daughter, Patti Jo Shampine; 2 infant grandchildren; sister, Marlys Sorg and infant sisters, Rhoda and Karen. Survived by children, Thomas and Debra; grandchildren, Kayla and Michael Shampine; twin sister, Maymie Reed; siblings, Ardyce Osmonson, Freda Vanslow, Judy (Jerry) Sandberg, Butch Wynn, Roger (Beth) Wynn, and Jim Wynn. She will be forever remembered as the most glorious and honorable woman of God. A witness for Christ wherever she went, the light of Christ shone forth from her into the hearts of those around her. Funeral service 10AM, Friday, February 24th, 2017 at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, 3600 Hennepin Ave S, Minneapolis. Visitation 30 mins prior at the chapel.
