Richard A. Ostby

Ostby, Richard A. Age 84, died peacefully from natural causes at his home in St. Louis Park, MN, on February 1, 2017. Dick was a long-time employee of Honeywell, and served 4 years in the U.S. Navy. A beloved, good-humored and generous son, brother and uncle, Dick was preceded in death by parents, George and Madeline, sister Mavonne Thomasberg and niece Katy Thomasberg. He is survived by sister Daryl; nieces Leslie (David LoGuidice) and Lynn (Kirk Erickson); nephews John (Debbie) Thomasberg and Rick Hennessey; grandnieces Erin and Alisha; grandnephews Salvatore and Robert John (R.J.); and great grandniece Maleah. A memorial celebration will be held this Spring. Memorials may be made to Doctors Without Borders.
