Lenore Pidgeon

Pidgeon (Garrison) Lenore, born June 9, 1903 to Milo M. and Harriet Brainard, passed away Jan. 4, 2002. Preceded in death by husband, Sidney D. Pidgeon; brothers, Millard M. and Sterling B. Survived by sister, Harriet G. Wilbour of Wenatchee, WA; brother, William S. (Edna) of Coon Rapids, MN; sister-in-law, June W. Garrison of Edina; and many nieces & nephews. Graduated from East High School, Mpls. in 1921 and the U of MN in 1926. Taught school in WI & MN and also employed with the U of MN. Was a member Lake Harriet United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, Linden Hills Study Club, Kappa Phi, Mayflower Society, and also an active member of John Prescott Chapter of DAR. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice. Memorial service will be held Wed., Jan 9 at 2 PM at Lake Harriet United Methodist Church, 4901 Chowan Ave S, Mpls. Private interment.
