John William Moore

Moore, John William Age 84, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2017. John was born on Jan 19, 1932 in Mannington, West Virginia. He was the fifth of 7 children of Harold G Moore and Alice C Wessells. In 1949, John entered the U.S. Air Force and served as a Navigator and Pilot. After John left service, he was a successful Sales Manager for CTS Corp and owner of Rockmore Sales Corp. John wed his sweetheart Sue Ann Neer on Sep 12, 1959 and they were married 54 years until she preceded him in death in 2014. John is survived by his loving children, Tracy MacAllister, Christine Foster, Allison Moore, John Moore (Jennifer), and Katherine Hoffmeyer (Paul), twelve grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. John's keen advice, sense of humor, signature laugh, amazing stories, and unwavering faith in God will always be remembered.
