Sorum Wesley B. Born June 15, 1913, passed away Oct. 29, 2003. He was preceded in death by granddaughter, Laurie Kisch. He is survived by wife, Marian, of 65 years, and brother, Lyle of Houston, TX. Survived by children, Joyce (Bob) Kisch, Janet (Harland) Urevig, James (Diane) Sorum and Jacqueline Lian; grandchildren, Vicki (Jeff) Meister, David (Rebecca) Kisch, Timothy (Theresa) Kisch, Stephen (Diane) Kisch, Paul (Mary) Urevig, Lisa (Don) Sutiff, Karin (Dan) Kuntz, Jennifer (Chad) Herron, Allison (Jamie) Lindman, Andrew Sorum, Skip (Tracy) Heagle, Polly (Steve) Willhite, Eric Elverhoy; great-grandchildren, Samantha, Jessica and Emily Meister, Katie, Allison, Joshua, Trevor, and Alex Kisch, James and Jackie Winsor, Brittany Helcl, Jacob, Luke, Liam and Killian Urevig, Zachary Kuntz, Charlie Sorum, Robby, Brooke, Cassie and Courtney Heagle, Becky, Aaron, Chris, Robby and Rachel Willhite. Retired after 40 years of service at the Minnesota State Highway Department (Transportation Department). A celebration of Wes's life will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2003 at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church, 1575 Charlton Street, W. St. Paul at 1 PM, with refreshments to follow.
