Survived by his wife of 58 years, Phyllis Murphy, Milbank, SD; children: Douglas (Vicky) Murphy, Lakeville, MN; Wayne (Kim) Murphy, Minneapolis, MN; Debra (Jim) Schuelke, Milbank, SD; eight grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two sisters: Margaret Bisson, Oklahoma City, OK; Mary Ellen Murphy,Minneapolis, MN; two brothers: Pat (Liz) Murphy, Brandon, SD; Richard (Diane) Murphy, New Ulm, MN. Visitation will be at Mundwiler Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 30 beginning at 5 p.m. followed by a prayer vigil at 7 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, August 31 at 1 p.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Milbank.
