Gregory J. Reep

Reep, Gregory J. 1/1/53 - 8/25/16 Greg Reep, 63, of Orono, MN was born to Glenn and Gertrude (Dudy) Reep in Stanley, ND. He married Sally Vachal in 1974 and graduated from NDSU. His 41-year career working for Texaco/Chevron brought transfers all over the U.S., a move to London, England, and travel around the world. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, he enjoyed the outdoors, history, travel, woodworking, hunting, pinochle, country music, movies and fly fishing. After retiring at Lake Minnetonka, MN, he joined trap shooting and fly tying clubs. Greg was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife, children, David Reep and Amy (Ryan) Wartick with grandchildren Colin and Leo Wartick, and siblings Vince (Pam) Reep, Rebecca Iacono, and Monica (Mark) Kjosen. Arrangements by Huber Funeral Home with funeral service at Our Lady of the Lake Church at Mound, MN on 8/30 at 11 am; visitation at 10 am. Rosary at the church 8/29 at 7 pm. Burial on 9/3 in Stanley, ND at 10:30 am. Donations may be made to Cancer Research at Mayo Clinic or Our Lady of the Lake Church.
