Faunce, Richard age 85, of Minneapolis, passed away April 21 after a short, but tenacious and spirited fight with cancer. Preceded in death by parents and two brothers, Richard was a retired psychologist who dedicated his passion and intellect to education, civil liberties, and related causes. Survived by wife, Ruth; daughter, Anastasia (Dean); grandson, Milan Faunce- Arnold; in-laws, Jeanne Brindley, Connie Domeier, Rita Domeier, Ruth Faunce, Marlys Hopke, Dorothy (Gene) Caven, Betty (Tom) Sadler, John (Pat) Domeier; and numerous nieces, nephews, and gracious friends. Visitation at 9:30 AM and service at 10:30 AM Monday, April 28 at St. Joseph the Worker, 7180 Hemlock Lane, Maple Grove. Memorials preferred to American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota or the Page Education Foundation.
