Smith, Helen G. Age 97, died April 10, 2014 at Presbyterian Homes in Spring Park. She was a lifelong resident of the Excelsior area. She is preceded in death by her husband of 76 years, Melvin Smith. She is survived by her two children, Lynn (Jerry) Robey of Ellijay, GA and Bruce (Nancy) Smith of Excelsior; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 5, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Presbyterian Homes of Spring Park Chapel, 4527 Shoreline Drive, Spring Park. Private interment.
