Hasling, Robert J. "Bob" Age 84 of St. Paul, peacefully on April 9, 2014. Born and raised in Aitkin, MN, Bob was a 45 year employ- ee, retiring from Minnesota Mutual Insurance Company. Bob enjoyed playing bridge, bowling, golfing, and was an avid reader. He is preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Fern (Pearson) and sister Barbara Black. He is survived by his children, Joe (Deb), Tom (Kathy), Lori, Jim (Barb), and Sara; grandchildren, Joey, Shannon, Jason, Julie, Jeff, Brian, Chris, and Jenny; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Helen (Bob) Verkuilen and sister-in- law, Evelyn Calvin; also survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Bob was always putting others first, being so kind, and we thank him for leaving us with his wonderful sense of humor. We will always love and miss you. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Monday at St. Odilia Catholic Church (3495 Victoria St., Shoreview). Visitation 4-7 PM Sunday at the Roseville Memorial Chapel (2245 N. Hamline Ave., Roseville) and one hour prior to Mass at church Monday. Entombment Calvary Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the St. Joseph's Home for Children (1121 E. 46th Street, Mpls, MN 55407.
